Can't Resist Cover

The second UK single release from the upcoming "Red Book" album will be "Can't Resist". Release date 24 October. The single will be released in two different CD single formats and DVD single.

Also will it be available as download on i-Tunes and all the other similar sites. There are lots of interesting songs being used as b-sides including new songs, some cool remixes from Bimbo Jones and Dead Guys. Look out for a great cover of 'Psycho Killer' the classic Talking Heads song too !

Can't Resist: single & videoclip

The release date of second single "Can't Resist" is 24 October! it's now on Virgin Radio's playlist .Shots to Can't Resist clip was in 1st September in London. Director of clip is Sam Brown, did also James Blunt's "You're Beautiful" clip.

28th August Texas was again at Party In The Park. This time in South Park, Oxford. They drove the crowds crazy with a string of their hits !

V Festival in Chelmsford & Staffordshire

20-21th August band was at V Festival. As usual they was fantastic. During one of the concerts Texas performed with Peter Kay Neil Diamond's cover "Sweet Caroline".

Concert from Tower Bridge

On 6 September 2005, Sharleen and company will be performing a selection of their biggest hits and new tracks from their upcoming album 'Red Book' live from the historic London landmark, and you could win tickets to be in the exclusive VIP audience by tuning in to the Pete and Geoff breakfast show.

Century FM gig & YMCA

On 17th August Texas performed live for Century FM's "Intimate & Exclusive" in Manchester. They played, how always some good old songs:'Black Eyed Boy', 'Say What You Want' and 'I Don't Want A Lover' and two new 'Getaway' and 'Nevermind' There was a lot of laugh...'coz after Texas peromance was Singalong Summer Karioke Party, where Sharleen sang too with Mr Peter Kay 'Y.M.C.A'! also little parts of songs like "Love On The Rocks", 'Sweet Caroline'of Neil Diamond and 'Beatles Meadly' of Stars On 45. Michael sang too..but we don't know exactly what song :D
